What is Willpower?

Will and power are closely related, as using will are exercising power. Willpower is the strong determination to do something that is considered difficult. It is required to get over difficulties and temptations. This power is connected to our all senses. Willpower is the motivation to exercise will. A person with strong willpower will assert decisions even in the face of strong opposition. In addition, a strong-willed personality can carry out his decisions. He has full control over his thoughts and behaviour.

Firstly, you need to have self-control and willpower to reach your goal.

Shree Radhe Guru Maa highlights the importance of willpower-

She says, “God alone created everything through his willpower. Remember, there is a small line between success and failure. And this little line, inter-alias, is attributable to your strong determination.”

In fact, the soul present in every human body. Willpower gives direction to our mind and gives strength to the mind. It is overcome the negative thoughts and impulses such as laziness, procrastination, depression.

Fasting not only detoxifies the system but also gives a person training in endurance, a spirit of acceptance and self-control.
