Four steps from I can’t into I can

Have you ever think about what kind of thing stopping us from achieving a goal? Negative feelings inside of your mind are what keep you from meeting your goals. Often, we tell ourselves that we can’t do something or that we are not good at something simply because we’re not used to doing it or because we have never tried it.

The best quality of the successful people is a positive attitude. They are the ones who feel a negative thought and redirect it.  They are the ones who decide that they can.  And because of that, they DO!

Here are some significant steps which break the negative cycle and turn “I can’t” into “I can.” These steps will help you to work on improving your mindset as well as physical fitness.

  1. Identify the source of the can’t

Try to hear yourself saying ‘ I can’t.’ Ask yourself, why not? Is it fear about what others will say that has you retracting into a bounded space when you want to shift into more expansiveness?

When you identify the cause of it, just reflecting the light of awareness on it begins creating a shift and it is this knowledge that gives you clarity on the way forward. The absence of clarity is the first initial block to solving any issue.

  1. Get inspired by others

Look around you, not for comparison or competition, but for the inspiration they can provide because if they can do, then you can. The same power and magnificence resides in them and resides in you. Their positive qualities will inspire you to develop a positive attitude.

  1. Nurture the open and imaginative mind

It makes you more flexible, curious, and good at spotting opportunities and turning potential into reality. Your agreement of what is possible is at a high, and it is your acceptance that is a key to manifesting your dreams.

  1. Positive self-talk

You should practice positive self-talk both aloud and internally each day.  Positive self-talk can help you believe you can accomplish great things and that you are worthy of good things.  That’s where the magic is!  Once you believe you can overcome, any problem becomes a small hindrance rather than a huge obstacle.
