Fear is one of the most dominant emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. People who worry the future, do so because they have undergone something painful, often recently, that makes them believe that the future will either be the same or worse instead of better.
You have fear when you are not trusting in your powers of creation. You are not confident you can manifest the future that you want by using your willpower.
Face your fear if you can
If you always avoid situations that panic you, you might stop doing things you want or need to do. You won’t be able to test out whether the situation is always as bad as you expect, so you miss the opportunity to work out how to control your fears and reduce your anxiety.
Anxiety problems tend to increase if you get into this pattern. Exposing yourself to your fears can be an effective way of overcoming this anxiety.
Faith and spirituality
If you are faithful or spiritual, this can give you a way of feeling attached to something bigger than yourself. Faith can provide a way of coping with daily stress, and attend the temple and other faith groups can connect you with a helpful support network.
Handling Fears as a Life Strategy
When we start facing our fears, we learn big things about ourselves. We study our strength and our resolve. As well as, we learn how to let go of negative thoughts and expectations about ourselves and the world.
The most important point is, you have a clear vision of your future and putting your will behind this vision; you can manifest what you want.
