Cultivating Willpower

If there is one thing you can measure in the real world, its inconsistency. The journey of life is always a series of ups and downs. Difficulties come and become obstacles. Opportunities become victories. If you are weak inside, you will be hit like a rowboat in a storm. But those who cultivate inner strength can weather any storm and can travel great distances at speed when the seas are calm.

Chanting is the necessity of the hour especially during these modern times of stressful lifestyles. This sublime chanting puts us directly in touch with the Supreme Lord through the sound vibration of His holy names and gradually awakens us to our original relationship with God.

  1. Listen to Uplifting Music

It is one of the best ways of surrounding yourself with good waves is to listen to or play uplifting music.
