Does Happiness come from inside?

These days, too many people are wondering how to find happiness. Lots of people are trying to search happiness in their life, in other people and material things. Likewise, many of them think those things such as a good job, more money, better relationships, and others. But, the fact is, we can only find true happiness and contentment if we look within ourselves.

First of all, we have to understand that happiness is a state of mind, which can be created by positive and good emotions and most importantly can be created by us. It all starts with our thoughts which create our emotions.

What can we do to create true happiness?

First of all, the source of joy is lying within us. And, it’s essential to work on our happiness every day and creates good habits.

  1. Empty ourselves from allĀ negativeness

If we are truly decided to be happy, we need to free our mind and body from all negativeness. Recognize that there is nothing negative on earth, only our thinking makes things that way. So that, we need to get rid of fear, frustration, ego, tension, hatred, anger and stress from our system.

  1. Fill ourselves with positivity

After we have studied how to empty ourselves from all the negativity, the next level is to fill ourselves with as much positive power as we can. Fill ourselves with hope, kindness, compassion, positive feelings, gratitude, desires and love.

By doing these two steps, we can finally tell ourselves that comfort is just within our reach.

Mamtamai Shree Radhe Guru Maa says, “Happiness comes from our actions, and if we want to live a happy life, we need to work on our delight ness every day.”
