Religion and Science

There are two major opinions regarding the relationship between science and religion: (i) Religion, and Science are mutually conflicting, and (ii) Science and religion are not mutually opposing.

Mamtamai Shree Radhe Guru Maa says, “Science without religion is lame, and religion without science is blind.”
The connection between Science and Religion

There is the close relationship between science and religion. Religion teaches us the principle of morality and science. Belief in God does not mean doubt in science. One may believe in both and the time has come when the scientists have realized that religion begins where science ends.

Religion has been guiding the society for thousands of years. People have loved their “God and Goddesses with all devotion. People leave all their worries and tensions and believe that God will solve all their problems and bless them.

Sometimes the scientist and expert are not able to fully understand the secret of the universe, and at that point, he believes that there is some invisible power.

There is the need for consistency between Science and Religion. Therefore, it is now quite evident that religion and spirituality should work together for the well-being of the mankind. The scientist with his faith in God and the principles of virtue can achieve many things for the betterment of humanity.

Science taught human-beings to examine things scientifically. Science influenced people’s minds and ideas to a great extent.

God gave us reason, and God gave us faith. Both are gifts. Both are to be used to their maximum capacity.

Thank God for science and religion, so that we can have our heart and brain working in unison in comprehending His revelation in the fullest way that we can, at least on this side of heaven!
